Terms of purchase and use

Chris Mitchell News is operated by Mitchell Media LLC, 23 Anderson Farm Road, Rockbridge Baths, VA 24473, USA. In these terms “we” and “us” mean that seller, and “you” means the person who buys or watches.

A purchase of Israel Under Fire ($99, one payment) gives you access to every episode of the series and the study guide for each episode, in your personal library on this site. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: you are not charged again.

Your access does not expire. You can watch as often as you like, on any device with a web browser, for as long as we offer the series on this site. If we ever plan to retire the series or the site, we will email purchasers at least 90 days beforehand so you can finish watching and download your study guides.

Some episodes may be released after you buy. Every episode of the series is included in your purchase, and we email purchasers when a new one is ready.

An individual purchase is for you and the people who live in your household. It does not cover showing the series to a church, class, small group or any other gathering; that needs a group license. Ask us about group viewing and we will help.

There is no password. You sign in with the email address you bought with: we send a link and a six-digit code, and either one opens your library. Anyone who can read that email can open your library, so keep your email account secure and do not forward sign-in emails.

Please buy with an email address you expect to keep. If you lose access to it, write to support@chrismitchellnews.com and we will move your purchase to a new address once we have confirmed it is you.

Payments are taken in US dollars by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Any sales tax that applies is shown before you pay. Stripe emails your receipt.

If the series is not what you expected, write to support@chrismitchellnews.com within 5 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full to the card you paid with. A refund ends your access to the series and its study guides.

If something is not working, tell us first. Most problems are a sign-in or playback issue we can fix the same day.

The videos, study guides, photographs and text are protected by copyright and belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Buying gives you permission to watch the videos on this site and to download and print the study guides for yourself and your household.

You may not copy, record, download or redistribute the videos; post the study guides online or pass them on outside your household; share your sign-in emails or library with others; or use the series commercially. If an account is being shared or misused we may suspend it; we will write to you first wherever we reasonably can.

The series is journalism and Bible teaching. It reflects the reporting and views of Chris Mitchell and the people interviewed, and it is offered for education and personal study. It is not professional, legal, financial or travel-safety advice.

We work to keep the site and the videos available at all times, but we cannot promise they will never be interrupted: video is delivered by a third-party player, and any service on the internet has outages. If a problem on our side keeps you from watching for an extended period, write to us and we will put it right.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. A change never takes away access you have already paid for; if a change matters to purchasers we will email you about it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without affecting any protections your own local consumer law gives you.
