Getting in, watching, and reaching us
Signing in
There's no password to remember. Go to the sign-in page and enter the email address you used when you purchased Israel Under Fire. We'll send you a sign-in link and a six-digit code.
Click the link to sign in directly, or enter the six-digit code if you're signing in on another device.
Your sign-in link can be used once and is valid for seven days. The six-digit code is valid for fifteen minutes. If your link has already been used or your code has expired, simply request a new one.
If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the same email address you used when you purchased the series.
Watching and study guides
How do I get access after I buy?
You'll go straight to your personal library on the thank-you page. We'll also email you a sign-in link and a six-digit code so you can watch on other devices. No password to remember.
Which devices can I watch on?
Any device with a web browser—phone, tablet, laptop, desktop, or a TV with a web browser. There's no app to install.
How do the study guides work?
Every episode comes with its own study guide featuring Scripture, discussion questions, and recommended reading. Open the guide alongside the video, or download and print the PDF for personal or group study.
Can I show the series to my church or small group?
An individual purchase is for you and your household. If you'd like to show Israel Under Fire to a church, class, or small group, you'll need a group license. Contact us and we'll help you get set up.

Visit our Help page and let us know what's happening. Be sure to include the email address you used when you purchased the series, and we'll help you get it sorted out.
